Ellenor Mae Tyler

Ellenor Mae Tyler died Saturday April 20, 2013, at Northpoint Medical & Rehabilitation. She was born October 2, 1920 a daughter of the late John and Dorothy (Johnson) Mirkes. Ellenor was married to Gerald L. Tyler, May 30, 1945. He preceded her in death on October 10, 1965. Ellenor is survived be one son, John A. (Mary) Tyler of Oshkosh; two grand daughters, Lori Tyler and Angela Tyler both of Oshkosh; and four great- grandsons, Brandon Tyler, Clayton Alaniz, Martin & Mateo Romero, and one great-granddaughter, Alexis Alaniz. Her son, Gerry, preceded her in death in July 1952. Ellenor was a member of Emmanuel United Church of Christ and belonged to the Daughters of Sarah. She was a member and past treasurer of Church Women United, a past president of Business Women of Oshkosh. She worked at Wisconsin National Life before her marriage, then worked as church secretary at Emmanuel U.C.C., and for her last employment worked 14 seasons at Miles Kimball. A funeral service for Ellenor will be held Tuesday April 23, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside, Rev. Andi Wolf officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. until the service. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.Ellenors family would like to thank the staff at Northpoint Medical & Rehab, especially Sandy Koch, for all the wonderful care that was given
