Elnora R. Meisel

Elnora R. Meisel, 90, of Oshkosh died Tuesday April 8, 2008 at Park View Health Center. She was born June 23, 1917 in Wausau a daughter of the late Bert and Mabel Huey Stafford. Elnora married George Meisel Sr. on December 9, 1938 in Oshkosh. He preceded her in death on December 30, 2003. Elnora loved to cook and spend time with her grandchildren. She is survived by a daughter June (Eldon) Kohnke of Fond du Lac; two sons, George (Mary) Meisel Jr. and James R. (Kathy) Meisel both of Oshkosh; two sisters, May Prill and Lillian Brewer both of Oshkosh; ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers Arnold and Earl Stafford. Private services will be held with inurnment in Lake View Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to Park View Health Center in Elnoras name. Elnoras family would like to thank all the staff at Park View Health Center for the loving care they gave Elnora. Elnora was a devoted and very loving mother and grandmother and will be missed dearly.
