Elsie Chapin-Memenga

Elsie Chapin-Memenga, age 78, passed away peacefully on July 5, 2015. She was born April 11, 1937 to Arbor and Vivian Chapin.Elsie is survived by her husband Walter Memenga; daughters, Dawn Freiberg, and Gale Klinker; sons: Ken Evert, Gary Schroeder, Mark Redmann; stepdaughters, Jennifer Schraufnagel and Marie Reilly; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her brother Dave Chapin.Services for Elsie will be at Lake View Memorial Park on July 18, 2015 at 2PM. Visitation will be from 1PM until the time of service.
