Erna Margaret Frohrib

Erna M. Frohrib, 95, of Oshkosh died on Monday, June 23, 2008 at Bethel Home. Erna was born on October 24, 1912 in Oshkosh the daughter of Frank and Adeline Sitzelberger Penzenstadler. She married Mathew Muza on May 7, 1941 in Oshkosh. Matthew preceded her in death on July 8, 1954. Erma married Norman J. Jupe Frohrib on July 29, 1958 in Waukegan IL. Norman preceded her in death on May 16, 2003. Erna was a member of the St. Jude Parish (Sacred Heart Church). She had done sewing at the Continental Clothing Store for many years. Erna enjoyed bowling and playing bingo. She also loved spending time with her constant companion, Vinnie.She will be deeply missed by her loving daughter, Bonnie (Clarence) Kratz of Oshkosh; sister, Clara Nigl of Oshkosh; grandchildren, Jennifer Lee (Jeff) Highman of Madison, Christy Ann (Tim) Stueber of Oshkosh; grandchildren Jeffrey (Bethany) Highman of Madison, Timothy Highman of the U. S. Marine Corps, Sarah and Bethany Highman both of Madison. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.Erna was preceded in death by her husbands, Mathew and Norman; sisters, Adeline Kuehn, Cecelia Robl, Sylvia Manion, and Virginia Novotny; and brothers, Frank and Alfred Penzenstadler. The funeral service will be on Friday, June 27, 2008 at Noon at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home (Westside). Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday from 10:00 AM to the time of the service. Burial will be in Riverside cemetery.
