Evelyn A. Schultz, 64, of Oshkosh, died Tuesday November 23, 2010 at Evergreen Retirement Community- Creekview. She was born March 2, 1946 in Oshkosh the daughter of Glenn and Geneva Haedt Koch.She was a member of St. Andrew Lutheran Church. Evelyn battled Multiple Sclerosis for 38 years of her life. Despite her disease she was able to enjoy a very full life. She enjoyed crafting, painting, reading, bowling and the Green Bay Packers. She volunteered in the gift shop at Mercy Medical Center, and was involved in Stephen Ministries.She is survived by her children Jeffrey(Julie) Schultz, Tami(Jim) Fritz, April(Steven) Buhrow, Doug(Heather) Schultz, three brothers Edward(Carole) Koch, Howard(Barb) Koch, Harold(Gail) Koch, and her grandchildren Megan, Andy, Jorden, Maddy, Justice, Chae, Gage. She was preceded in death by her parents.A memorial service will be held on Friday November 26, 2010 at 6 p.m. at St. Andrew Lutheran Church with Rev. Karen Jewell officiating. Visitation will be held at the church on Friday from 4 p.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in Ellenwood Cemetery. A memorial has been established.The family would like to thank the staff at Evergreen Retirement Community for their wonderful care that mom received.
