Evert Karlo Swenson

Evert “Karlo” Swenson, born January 28, 1936, a very special man, left this world on January 2, 2022 to meet his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He finished his life very well.
Karlo was the greatest husband a wife could ever have, a true gift from God. He was also the best dad, grandpa, and great grandpa to our family.
No one enjoyed people and get-togethers more than Karlo, and the isolation which he had to endure while having COVID in the hospital was so very hard on him, but he is not in isolation anymore. He is with all those who have gone on before him and loving it all. Praise God.
Karlo is survived by his wife Carolyn; daughters: Rebecca and Gretchen; grandsons: Ben (Debra), Christopher (Samantha), and Jake; great grandson: Finley.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his in laws, several brothers-in-law, a niece and nephew, and many dear friends.
Memorial services will be held at St. John's Lutheran Church, 491 Old Oregon Rd, Oshkosh, WI 54902 on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be held from 10:30 AM until the time of the service.
