Faith Fell

Faith E. Fell, age 88, passed away on Friday, February 21, 2014 at Park View Health Center. She was born on February 15, 1926 in Oxford, WI to the late Walter and Winifred (Bement) Helm. She was married to Robert Fell on May 5, 1951 in WI Dells.Faith graduated high school and continued her education at UW- Stevens Point where she went on to become a teacher. Faith proudly taught at Sunset and Winneconne Schools for 35 years.She loved to teach, cooking and baking, camping, bowling, playing bingo and cards, dancing, and playing the organ. Faith also enjoyed watching the birds and nature, taking her yearly trip to Florida for winter, and was a wonderful mother that always had a smile on her face.Faith was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church and the Red Hats Society for many years.Faith is survived by her daughter, Jackie Fredrick of Oshkosh, WI; sons, Ken, Mary Fell of Oshkosh, and David (Betty) Fell of Oaklawn, IL; brother Neal Helm; and sister Jean Lees.She is further survived by six grandchildren, Nicole, Jeremy, Ryan, Julia, and Elyse Fell, and Nick Fredrick; great-grandchildren Hunter and Colton; and many nieces and nephews.Faith was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Paul Fell; brothers Sid (Carol) Helm and Dale Helm; and a grandchild, Christie Fredrick.Funeral services for Faith will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at Wesley United Methodist Church (761 Florida Ave.) with pastor John Hobbins officiating. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service.Interment will be at Lake View Memorial Park.The family would like to thank all the staff at Park View Health Center for their wonderful love and care they gave to their mother.In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in Faiths name.
