Frank I. Chalupa, 84, of Kaukauna, formerly of Oshkosh died Tuesday February 20, 2007 at St. Paul Elder Services. He was born February 26, 1922 in Oshkosh a son of Frank F. and Joanne (Drinks) Chalupa. Frank was a WWII Army veteran and a member of St. Andrew Lutheran Church. He had taught for 30 years at Luxemburg-Casco High School and was a wrestling coach for many years. Frank was a member of the Snitz Club and was an umpire/official for many sports in the Fox Valley area. His survivors include a brother Vernon Chalupa of Kimberly, several nieces and nephews, and a special friend Debra Eckstein. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers. Funeral services for Frank will be held Monday Feb. 26, 2007 at 11:00 AM at St. Andrew Lutheran Church (1100 E Murdock Ave), Rev. Karen Jewell officiating. A visitation time will be held on Mon. from 9 AM until the service. Interment will be in Lake View Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established to St. Andrew Lutheran Church. Franks family would like to thank the staffs at St. Paul Villa, St. Paul Nursing Home, and Affinity Hospice for their care, concerns, and friendships.
