Franklin Leroy Guenther

Franklin Butch L. Guenther, age 71, of Oshkosh, passed away Saturday January 14, 2012 at Mercy Medical Center. He was born on August 15, 1940 in Oshkosh the son of Franklin and Eveline Love Guenther. On May 28, 1966 he married Carole Curtis in Oshkosh.Butch was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church. He worked as a door patcher for Payne and Morgan Doors. He enjoyed hunting, camping, and gambling.He is survived by his wife Carole, one son Gregory(Staci) Guenther, one daughter, Michelle(Roger) Peters, one grandson Austin Guenther, and life long friends Dave Pflanzer and Larry Taylor.He was preceded in death by his parents.A memorial service for Butch will be held on Wednesday January 18, 2012 at 6 p.m. at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Homes-Westside with Rev. Paul Lidtke officiating. Visitation will be held on Wednesday at the funeral home from 3 p.m. until the time of the service. A memorial has been established.The family would like to thank the staff at Mercy Medical Center ICU.
