Garrett R. Lewis

Garrett R. Lewis, 16 of Greenville, passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2024. He was born in Appleton on July 5, 2007, to Joshua and Sarah (Langenhuizen) Lewis.

He was currently a Sophomore at Hortonville High School.

 Garrett was a vibrant young man who brightening our lives. He enjoyed fishing, bike riding, crafting metal and wood, playing video games, drawing animations, and playing with his niece and nephews. He found joy in simple pleasures like swinging in the park, swimming, camping, and building with Legos. He had a deep love for the ocean and just recently returned from a trip to Hawaii. His presence brought light and laughter to those around him, and his memory will forever be cherished.

Garrett will be forever cherished by his parents, Joshua and Sarah Lewis; siblings, Tyler (Donna Mae Johnson) Langenhuizen, Cassie (Josiah) Wechwerth, Abbi Orlando, Ryan Orlando, Jordyn (Chris Merlin) Lewis, and Emily Peters; grandparents, Robert and Eileen Lewis, and Jerry and Diana Langenhuizen; nephews and niece, Bentley, Aurora, Ronan, and one on the way; uncle, Paul (Genesis) Langenhuizen; godfather, Scott (Stephanie) Russell; second cousin, Steven (Kristen) Russell; family friend, Dawn (Chance Deuel) Kikendall, as well as countless other friends.

A private funeral service will take place.
