George F. Weyers

George F. Weyers, age 71, passed away unexpectedly at his home on the morning of Tuesday, April 19, 2022. He was born to the late Francis and Florence (Vissers) Weyers on March 24, 1951 in Appleton, WI. George married Jean Krueger on January 9, 1976.  
He spent his working career as a carpenter for Kitchen Specialists for many years; as well as using his carpentry skills to help with projects at his home and church, Most Blessed Sacrament, where he was very involved. George loved music, especially playing his guitars. He also enjoyed helping people through Solutions Recovery.  In addition to his love of music, George loved spending time with his family as well as going camping and fishing.
 George is survived by his loving wife, Jean; children, Heather (Erik) Anderson; Sarah (Jerome) Nettekoven; Frank (Alia) Weylock; grandchildren, Natalie Anderson, Jordan and Alesia (Vincent Muolo) Nettekoven ; great-grandchild, Aaliyah Muolo. He is further survived by his brothers, Jerry (Betty), Marty (Marcy), Dave (Cheryl) Weyers; sisters, Connie (Mike) Konkle, Mary (Jerry) Kavanaugh, Sandy (Guy) Gehrman; as well as many nieces and nephews. 
In addition to his parents, George was preceded in death by his father and mother-in-law, Carl and Carrie Krueger and sister-in-law, Kathy Weyers. 
A funeral service for George will be held at Most Blessed Sacrament-St Mary Site (605 Merritt) on Saturday, April 23, 2022, at 11AM. Father Jerry Pastors will be officiating. A visitation will be held from 9AM until the time of services.
