Gertrude Emily Luft

Gertrude E. Luft, 96, of Oshkosh, died Thursday February 15, 2007 at Mercy Medical Center. She was born on Dec. 18, 1910 in Milwaukee the daughter of Charles and Minna Heinke Duehrkop. On Aug. 19, 1933 she married John Luft in Oshkosh. He preceded her in death on January 10, 1988.She was a member of Emmanuel United Church of Christ. She was an avid reader, enjoyed listening to the radio, watching T.V. and playing Bingo.She is survived by one daughter Dolores(G. Kenneth) Keene, one son Norman(Arlyss) Luft all of Oshkosh, four grandchildren Kevin Keene, Brian Keene, Timothy Luft, Thomas Luft and one great-granddaughter Allison Luft.She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.Funeral services will be held on Sunday Feb. 18, 2007 at 5 p.m. at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-West with Rev. R. David Gaskill officiating. Visitation will be held on Sunday at the funeral home from 3 p.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in Lake View Memorial ParkA memorial has been established.The family would like to thank Altera Sterling House, Mercy Medical Center ICU, and Dr. Radford.
