Glenn P Holzhausen

Glenn P. Holzhausen, age 72, of Oshkosh, died Tuesday March 28, 2006 at Mercy Medical Center. He was born Oct. 26, 1933 in Sheboygan the son of Henry and Gertrude Senkbeil Holzhausen. He married Verna Jaeger in August 1954. She preceded him in death on August 15, 1979. He married Marlene Faulks on September 20, 1980.He was a veteran of the United States Navy, a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. He was a salesman for Milwaukee Cheese and then for Baraboo Sysco until his retirement. He was an avid fisherman shown by his membership in Walleyes For Tomorrow, enjoyed hunting, gardening, and landscaping. He was loved by every dog in his neighborhood.He is survived by his wife, four sons Steven(Linda) Holzhausen of Eau Claire, Ross(Linda) Holzhausen, Todd(Jill) Holzhausen, Ryan(Lori) Holzhausen all of Oshkosh, three grandchildren Alyssa, Elizabeth, Joseph, three sisters Delores(Stu) Johnson of Sheboygan, Nancy(Bob) Schmidt of North Carolina, Sue(Bob) Glaeser of Sheboygan, mother-in-law and father-in-law Oliver and Gladys Faulks, two sisters-in-law Kathleen(Chester) Gomoll, Judy(Brian) Buchholz, and brother-in-law Gary Faulks.He was preceded in death by a sister Sara Holzhausen, his parents and first wife.Funeral services will be held on Saturday April 1, 2006 at 11 a.m. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church with Rev. Thomas Bye officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday March 31, 2006 from 4-7:30 p.m. at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-West and at the church on Saturday one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Weyauwega.Marlene would like to thank the staff at Mercy Medical Center and her family and friends for the care and support.
