Gloria Jean Ridgell

Gloria Jean Ridgell, age 76, passed away on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at Omro Care Center. She was born on March 7, 1947, in Omro to the late Ralph and Ernita (Belfeuil) Decker.

Gloria enjoyed painting and drawing. She also absolutely loved cats and dogs.

Gloria is survived by her dear friend Katie and her mother, and cousins Allen Guenther and Linda Hertzberg. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Ernita Decker and cousins Daphne Wills and Lois Guenther.

The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff at Mercy Medical Center in the oncology department and hospital, Visiting Angels, Advocap, Lakeland Care, Compassus Hospice, and the staff at Omro Care Center for all their help and thoughtful care.

Private family graveside services will take place. Gloria will be laid to rest at Omro Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or your local animal shelter.
