Grant Elliot Laib

Grant Elliot Laib, age 27, passed away at home on June 29, 2011. Grant was born in Neenah on March 4, 1984 and lived in Oshkosh throughout his all too brief life.Grants interests included fishing, photography, horticulture, and his large collection of music and movies, most notably, all the works of the Coen brothers.Grant will be remembered by his many friends as a kind, considerate, gentle and generous person even as he struggled bravely with the many burdens life had placed upon him.Grant will be fondly remembered by his parents, Luanne and Terry Laib of Oshkosh; his brother Matthew ( Nara) Laib of Oshkosh and his sister Alison Laib Zaborski of Honolulu, Hawaii. Grant is also survived by his grandmother, Evelyn Laib of New London; many, many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.Grant was preceded in death by his grandfather, Don Laib , Sr his maternal grandparents, and his cousin Sean Laib.Visitation for Grant is on Saturday, July 2 ,2011 at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Eastside, 402 Waugoo Avenue from 9:00a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with a brief service at 11:00In lieu of flowers, the family has established a memorial in Grants name.
