Harold Brewer

Harold O. Brewer, 86 of Oshkosh died Saturday February 10, 2007 at Mercy Medical Center. He was born May 8, 1920 in Oshkosh the son of the late Erwin and Ida (Priebe) Brewer. He married Geneva Spiegelberg on September 7, 1945.He was a veteran of World War II. He worked at the Paine Lumber Co. and for Pluswood Industries. He enjoyed fishing and making puzzles.His survivors include his wife, Geneva, a daughter Sandra (Daniel) Duchatschek, a son, William (JoAnn) Brewer, a daughter-in-law, Judy Brewer, six grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, a brother, Bernard Brewer of Oshkosh, a sister, Lucille Schricker of Boaz, WI, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a son, Larry Brewer, a grandson, Scott Duchatschek, a sister, Marion Wicks, a sister-in-law, Mary Ann Brewer, a brother-in-law, Carl Schricker, a half sister and her husband, Bessie (Clarence) Jeske, and two half brothers and wives, William (Viola) Davis, and George (Kate) Davis.Private family services were held. Burial will be in Lake View Memorial Park.
