Hector Rodriguez

Hector Rodriguez Sr., age 74, passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Aurora Medical Center. He was born on November 4, 1942 in San Antonio, TX to Paul and Maria (Munos) Rodriguez. He married Mary Lou Mendoza in 1961.
Hector worked his life as a proud and successful restaurant owner of El Tipico. He loved playing tennis, boxing and not only cooking food, but eating it as well.
He is survived by his four daughters, Cynthia Rodriguez, Mary Lou (Ruben) Hernandez, Mary Ann Cruz and Sylvia Rodriguez; three sons, David (Bertha) Sr., Hector (Gloria) Jr. and Daniel (Helene) Rodriguez; 20 grandchildren, Crissy, Christopher, Falon, Ruben, Hector III, Bianca, Erica, David Jr., Ariel, Diana, Angelica, Amanda, Sylvia, Mary Lou, Karly, Nieko, Daniell, Jesse, Hevan and Jada. He is futher survived by many great grandchildren; sister, Ampara Rodriguez; and brother, Al Rodriguez.
Hector was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Mary Lou; sisters, Lodie Garcia, Blanca Acevedo and Olga Rodriguez; and brother, Jake Rodriguez.
A funeral service for Hector will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, October 27, 2017 at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home- Westside (100 Lake Pointe Dr. Oshkosh, WI 54904. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
