Irma B. Phillip, 97, of Oshkosh, died Thursday April 14, 2011 at Bella Vista. She was born October 18, 1913 a daughter of Albert and Emelia Schnell Ahlswede. She was married to Joseph Phillip. He preceded her in death.Per Irmas wishes no services will be held.
