Isabelle "Issie" L. Baldwin, 79, of Oshkosh died Sunday April 11, 2010 at Aurora Medical Center. She was born June 27, 1930 in Oshkosh a daughter of Elmer and Mildred Baumgartner DeLap. Issie married Jack Baldwin on May 26, 1962 in Oshkosh. Issie was a former den mother for the Boy Scouts. She enjoyed cross stitching, coin collecting, and was a very good cook. She is survived by her husband Jack of Oshkosh, a son John Baldwin Jr. of Olympia, WA, a granddaughter Imogen Gilmore-Baldwin, a sister Tullie Parks of Granger, IN, a brother Richard (Elaine) DeLap of Oshkosh, and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother Mildred Koeck, step-father Martin Koeck, three sisters Genevieve Nelson, Helen DeLap, and Mary Ann Fuller, and a brother Bud DeLap. A funeral service for Issie will be held Friday April 16, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside with Rev. Jason Blahnik officiating. Visitation will be on Friday at the Lake Pointe Dr. funeral home from 10 a.m. until the service. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers a memorial to the Salvation Army is being established.
