Jacqueline Ann Medvecz

Jacqueline Jackie Medvecz, age 64, passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2016. She was born on December 21, 1951 in Oshkosh the daughter of the late Leland and Beatrice (Hunter) Hyde. Jackie furthered her education and graduated from Cornell College in Iowa. She was united in marriage on February 13, 1988 to Robert Medvecz at St. Wenceslaus in Ripon. Jackie worked for the DMV for 35 years; where she made life-long friendships. She enjoyed house plants, reading and taking vacations. She would always find some unique art or earrings to bring home. Jackie had a great eye for decorating. Once she retired, she grew fond of watching birds come to their bird feeders with her cat, Saki. Jackie is survived by her husband, Robert of 28 years; two sisters: Sue (Roy) Duxstad and Julie (Mike) Basel; one brother, Larry Hyde; mother-in-law, Agnes Medvecz; six brothers and sisters-in-law: Michael (Martha) Medvecz, Kathleen (Robert) Vargas, David (Sharon) Medvecz, Patrick (Sally) Medvecz, James (Michelle) Medvecz and Deb Hyde; further survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by parents, father-in-law, Michael Medvecz and one brother, Gregory Hyde.Funeral Service will be at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Homes- Westside, 100 Lake Pointe Drive, with Rev. Tim Greenwald officiating. Friends and family may visit at the funeral home from 5:00 pm until the time of service. Private inurnment will take place at Liberty Prairie Cemetery, Pickett.
