Jacqueline Mae Heinbigner, 83, Oshkosh, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Saturday, April 8, 2017. She was born January 11, 1934, in Oshkosh, the daughter of George and Viola (LaTour) Schaefer. Jackie was employed as a waitress at a few restaurants/eateries in Oshkosh, including Snow Cap. On February 23, 1952, Jackie married Duane Heinbigner, with whom she celebrated 65 years together. Jackie enjoyed serving her family. She loved cooking homemade meals, even down to the pasta! Other hobbies she enjoyed were crochetting, knitting, playing the piano, and decorating. Jackie was also a talented seamstress who always made sure her girls had something new to wear for special occasions. She was a wonderful loving wife and mother who will be missed greatly.
Jackie is survived by her husband, Duane; three daughters: Sharon (Richard) Liskow, Abrams, Jeanne Zabel, Watertown, and Kelly (Jeff) Ziegler, Watertown; grandchildren: Vicky (Dave), Amanda (Benny), Morgan, Samantha, Lee (Danielle), Jenny (Luke), Alex, and Stephen; great grandchildren: Jose, Dominic, Selenia, Dion, DeKira, Myesha, Adrian, Trinity, Kylee, Payton, Evan, and Ari; a brother, George "Bud" (Pat) Schaefer, Oshkosh; a brother-in-law, James (Sandy) Heinbigner, Oshkosh; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
