James Adrian Burton

James A. Burton, age 67, of Oshkosh, died at Northpoint Medical & Rehabilitation Center on Thursday, August 4, 2011. Jim was born in Oshkosh on October 29, 1943 a son of the late Adrian and Helen Frish Burton. He married Judy Kramer on August 19, 1967 in Oshkosh.Jim served his country in the U.S.Army. He was employed at Rockwell International and was a member of U.A.W. local #291. Jim was a member of Algoma Blvd. United Methodist Church and was a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity.Survivors include his wife, Judy Burton, Oshkosh; three sons, Timothy (Michelle Dziak) Burton, Atlanta, GA; Kevin Burton, Atlanta, GA; Nicholas Burton, Oshkosh; one daughter, Kimberly (Dustin) Denis, West Allis, WI; two brothers, Gerald (Susan) Burton, Albuquerque, NM; Michael (Sandra) Burton, Oshkosh; three sisters, Barbara (Robert) Judson, Norwalk, CT; Sharon (Mark) Burton-Golden, Oshkosh; and Susan (Richard) Polishinski, Oshkosh; two grandchildren, Tracy and Annabella Thiel, West Allis; and nieces, nephews and cousins.Funeral services will be held at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home - Westside on Monday August 8, 2011 at Noon, with Rev. Barry Yarbro officiating. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 10:00 AM to the time of services. Entombment will be at Lake View Memorial Park. A memorial has been established.
