James B. Mcdonald

James B. McDonald, 71, formerly of Fond du Lac, died Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2015, in Eau Claire. He was born Feb. 24, 1944, in Oshkosh a son of Robert and Elsie McDonald.Jim was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and had worked at Rockwell Int. He was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church and the Welling-Washbush chapter of the D.A. V.Jim is survived by two daughters, Jana Preather and Sarah Walker both of Eau Claire; three sons, Robert (Samantha) McDonald of Frederic, Christopher (Susan) McDonald of Eau Claire, and Jason McDonald of Reedsburg; a daughter-in-law, Heidi McDonald of Reedsburg; a son-in-law Justin Walker of Woodbury, MN; mother of his children, Fran McDonald; a brother, Lyle McDonald of Oshkosh; a sister, Donna Wolff of Oshkosh, eight grandchildren, Patrick, Jack, Brendan, Mikayla, Shannon, Calton, Joseph, and Liam, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; a wife, Darlene; son-in-law, Bill Preather; infant twin brother, Thomas; sister-in-law, Jackie McDonald; brother-in-law, Don Wolff; and a nephew, Alan Wolff.A funeral service for Jim will be held Thursday, Nov. 5, 2015, at 1:00 p.m. at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside, Pastor Paul Tiefel officiating. Visitation will be on Thursday from noon until the service. Burial will be in Lake View Memorial Park. Memorials may be directed to Messiah Lutheran Church (2015 N.
