Janice Reese

Janice R. Reese, age 76, passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at her residence with her family by her side. She was born on May 25, 1937 in Oshkosh, WI a daughter of Leo and Hermina Andrasko Cholewinski. She was married to Wayne Reese on August 27, 1960. Janice graduated high school and worked in retail at Sears for 20 years. Janices family was her passion and she especially loved having them gather every Sunday for dinner. She will be sadly missed on her front porch which was a neighborhood gathering spot for laughter and talk. She also enjoyed playing bingo. She is survived by her husband, Wayne Reese; four sons, Tony (Patty), Jim, Rich (Tracy), and Bob (Stacey) Reese; grandchildren, Kevin (Alisa) Reese, Ashley Harrington, Griffin, Sydney, Kyle, Kristin, and Carsten Reese, Katie (Kevin) Wilke, and Amanda (Ryan) McCormick; great-grandchildren, Noah and Kali Hackett and Kinsleigh Wilke; and a brother-in law Forest Postl. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Leon (Pat) Cholewinski; and sisters, Miola (Don) Jungwirth and Arlene Postl. A memorial service will be held for Janice at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 18, 2014 at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Homes - Westside.Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to The Oshkosh Humane Society.
