Jean M. Daniels, age 91, died Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at Aurora Hospital. She was born in Kenosha, WI on December 8, 1925 to the late Melbourne and Mary (Mohr) Rabedeau. On May 20, 1950 Jean married Eugene Daniels in Kenosha, WI, who preceded her in death.
Jean was a member of St. Jude’s Parish for nearly fifty years.
She is survived by four children: Her three sons, Wayne (Kathy) Daniels, Ken (Dawn) Daniels, Don Daniels and one daughter, Lori (Christopher) Enders, all of Oshkosh; Her brother Melbourne (Ronnie) Rabedeau of Saratoga, CA, and sister Lois Meyer of Benson, AZ; Her five grandchildren, Cheryl (Brian) Fisk of Green Bay, WI, Carla (Terry) Sorce of Wauwatosa, WI, Kimberly (Jason) Quandt, Austin Enders and Evan Enders, all of Oshkosh. Jean is further survived by ten great-grandchildren: Aaron, Audra, and Peter Fisk; Henry, Hazel, Hudson, and Harlow Quandt; Avalina, Aiden, and Elyse Sorce; and a daughter in law, Carrie Daniels.
In addition to her husband and parents, Jean is preceded in death by her son, Lawrence (Larry), and brother, Ronald Rabedeau.
A memorial mass for Jean will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at 11:00 AM with Father Matt Simonar officiating at St. Jude Parish, Sacred Heart Site (1025 W. Fifth Ave, Oshkosh). Inurnment will be in Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the church from 10:00 AM until the time of services.
In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to St. Jude Parish, Alzheimer’s Association, or the charity of your choice.
The Daniels family and relatives wish to extend our gratitude to Gabriel’s Villa, Elijah’s Place, Bethel Home and Aurora Hospital for the wonderful care and compassion given to Jean.
