Jerald Keup

Jerald H. "Jerry" Keup, age 83, passed away peacefully on August 8, 2024, at his home in Oshkosh. He was born October 18, 1940, to Harry and Geleda (Anderson) Keup at home in the town of Mt. Morris, Waushara County.

Jerry graduated with the class of 1958 from Wautoma High School, attended Trees for Tomorrow Camp, was a member of the Mt. Morris Pioneers 4-H Club, and a member of the national Honor Society. He was employed at the Wild Rose Co-op, Gateway Lumber, J.F Ahern plumbing and retired from Ahern Gross plumbing.

Jerry was united in marriage to Dawn Krueger on June 8, 1963. He was a member of Martin Luther Church, Oshkosh. He enjoyed playing dart ball, bowling, softball, sheepshead, and driving around looking for deer.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Dawn, sons: Randy Thurman Keup (Eva) and Steven Keup, grandchildren Ryan Thurman Keup, Emma Thurman Keup, Maeve Thurman Keup, and Henry Thurman Keup. One sister Joanne Keup Anderson, a niece and nephew. Preceded in death by his parents.

A funeral service will be held at Martin Luther Church (1526 Algoma Blvd) on Saturday, August 17, 2024, at 11AM. Rev, Tom Voss will be officiating. A time of visitation will be held from 9:30AM until the time of service. A burial will take place at Howe's Corner Cemetery in Mt. Morris

In lieu of flowers memorial may be sent to Martin Luther Church.
