Joe J. Mueller

Joe J. Mueller, 86, of Oshkosh died unexpectedly on Monday, October 7, 2013, at his residence. He was born May 21, 1927 in Oshkosh a son of the late Joe and Mary (Kinderman) Mueller. He married Elaine Hable on Aug. 21, 1948 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.Joe was a member of St. Jude Parish-Sacred Heart Church. He graduated from Oshkosh Business College and was involved in Real Estate. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army and enjoyed collecting WWII guns.Joe is survived by his wife, Elaine of Oshkosh; a son, Mike (Joan) Mueller of Fond du Lac; and three grandchildren, Samantha, Joe, and Mike. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Virginia Mueller and Sister Neil Mueller.A funeral mass for Joe will be held Thursday October 10, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) at St. Jude the Apostle Parish-Sacred Heart Church, Rev. Matt Simonar officiating. Visitation will be held at the church on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the service. Entombment will be in Lake View Memorial Park with military rights. Joes family does not wish to have any flowers sent for the funeral instead please send memorials to the Oshkosh Are Humane Society.
