John H. Lueders went to his eternal home with Christ on May 8, 2008 at Mercy Medical Center due to complications of heart failure.He was born on August 4, 1926 in Oshkosh, the son of the late Reverend Paul and Alma (Proske) Lueders. He married Margie (OConnell) Lueders in 1952. He was a devoted member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church. In the early 1950s, he was stationed with the Navy in West Virginia for four years. In 1952, he received his Doctorate of Motors. He worked in Oshkosh at U. S. Motors. He also taught engine science in Bangkok, Thailand for one year in 1959 and engine communications in Syria.John and his son, Jim, established Lueders Power Systems in 1998. John was very well known around town as Here Comes Trouble, and for his letters to the editor.He loved the cabin up north, hunting, fishing, and telling a lot of stories about the old times. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margie Lueders and his brother Paul Lueders. Survivors include his two children, Cindy and Jim, his sister, Ruth (Lueders) Hind of Madison, nieces, nephews and many friends.He was an awesome father, but not only that, our best friend. He will be deeply missed. We would like to thank the staff of Mercy Medical Center for all of their comfort, concern, and care.A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2008 at 3:00 P.M. at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 370 Bowen Street, Oshkosh with the Reverend Marvin Ahlborn officiating. Family and friends may call at the church from 2:00 P.M. until the time of service. Inurnment will be in Lake View Memorial Park. A memorial has been established.Now there is trouble in heaven!
