Jon C. Erdman

Jon C. Erdman, 53 of Oshkosh, died unexpectedly Monday December 27, 2010 at Mercy Medical Center. He was born in Oshkosh on January 12, 1957 son of Carl A. and Norma R. Heise Erdman.Jon had attended Dale Elementary School, Webster Stanley Jr. High and graduated from Oshkosh North High School.Jon is survived by his mother, Norma Erdman of Oshkosh; brothers, Jim and Jeff Erdman both of Oshkosh; sisters, Jean (Thomas King) Erdman of Oshkosh, Joy (Michael Copeland) Erdman of Falls Church, VA, and Janet (Wayne Beebe) Erdman of Tulsa, OK; special friend, Deb Troxell of Oshkosh; many friends and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his father, Carl.His memorial service will be Friday December 31, 2010 at Noon at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home on Waugoo Avenue with Chaplain Phil Dewitt officiating. Inurnment will be in Lake View Memorial Park. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 10AM until the time of the service. Memorials if desired may be made to the Local Chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness [N.A.M.I.] (ddrew8@new.rr.com). Jon was very compassionate to others suffering from mental illnesses like his. He seldom complained of his lot in life and was very appreciative.His friendship, wit, and humor will be missed by many.
