Joshua Hogan

Josh Hogan, age 26, passed away unexpectedly on April 24, 2025, in Omro, WI.

Josh was born on October 1,1998 in Oshkosh WI. He attended schools in Omro and was a member of the Omro High School Graduating Class of 2016. Josh attended Michigan Tech and UW-Oshkosh.

Josh is survived by his parents Carrie & Joel Hogan, Brother Jacob Hogan and many loving Aunts, Uncles, Cousins & Friends. He is also survived by his furry friends, Meowmar & Ladybird.

Josh is preceded in death by his maternal Grandparents Eddie & Garner Campnell and his paternal Grandparents Beverly & William Hogan, an Uncle Joseph Campnell and an Aunt Mary Kathleen Hogan and his beautiful Black Lab Yoda.

Josh was always inquisitive and interested in learning about all different topics. He was a jokester and would bring humor into his conversations. He also loved a good debate and had strong opinions to share.

He was a country boy at heart. You would never catch him out without his favorite truckers cap. Growing up Josh loved spending time in Land O'Lakes WI in the summers where he enjoyed kayaking, fishing, and playing board games with his cousins. Josh loved 70's and 80's Rock and his play list was filled with the classics.

Josh loved going on his annual summer camping and kayaking trip to Michigan with his buddies from Michigan Tech. He truly enjoyed staying in touch with the guys from Tech.

Josh struggled with Mental Health and Addiction and in the end, it was just too much for him. We Love You & Miss You Josh - Gone to Soon but no longer suffering. May you finally be at peace resting in our Lord Jesus Christ's hands.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Josh's name to NAMI = National Alliance on Mental Illness (nami.org) or a Charity of your Choice.

A remembrance service for Josh will be held at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Homes Westside (100 Lake Pointe Dr) on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at 5PM. A time of visitation will be held from 3PM until the time of service. The family asks those attending to dress casually and comfortably as Josh would have.
