Julia Marie Stark

Julia Julie M. Stark, age 50, of Oshkosh, died Saturday, November 16, 2013 at Aurora Medical Center surrounded by her family. She was born on January 31, 1963 in Oshkosh, to Richard and Beverly (Stadler) Gosz. On October 8, 1983 she married the love of her life, Tom Stark, in Oshkosh.Julie graduated from Oshkosh North High School in 1981 and continued her education at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. She was a Dental Hygienist for 25 years, finishing her career with Dr. Ron Dudley. She was a member of Emmanuel United Church of Christ where she served as an usher and a member of the chime choir. She had a passion for playing softball and also enjoyed volleyball, scrapbooking, photography, camping, kayaking, traveling with her family (especially to warm destinations), and loved being a mother. Julie will be most remembered for her radiant smile and the true joy she found in all of life's blessings.She is survived by her husband Tom, two sons Eric and Andy Stark, her mother, Beverly Gosz, four brothers Rick Gosz, Chuck Gosz, Todd(Lisa) Gosz, Dan(Michelle) Gosz, one sister Amy Gosz, her mother-in-law Lillian Stark, brothers-in- law Jeffrey (Ann) Stark and David (Cheri) Stark and adored nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her father Richard, her cherished father-in-law Harold, and her paternal and maternal grandparents.A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 22, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Emmanuel United Church of Christ (1306 Michigan St.) with Rev. Andi Wolf officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday at the church from noon until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers the family has established memorials.
