Larry J. Kryzaniak,79, of Oshkosh, passed away surrounded by family on Friday, November 8, 2024. He was born to the late Basil and Madge (Ravy) Kryzaniak on September 17, 1945. He graduated from Oshkosh High School.
Larry was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend.
Larry married Mary Gruse at St. Peters Church on November 28,1964. Within days it would have been their 60th wedding anniversary.
Larry enjoyed fishing, gun and bow hunting. He would spend time putting together puzzles, doing word searches, gardening and gambling. He loved football and supported numerous teams. His greatest passion was woodworking and carpentry.
Larry is survived by his wife, Mary; children: Larry (Lisa) Kryzaniak Jr, Sean Kryzaniak, Traci (Randy Madosh) Brooks; grandchildren: Mike (Amber, Asher, Nevaeh, Ariella) Kryzaniak, and Amanda (Lucas and Addison) Kryzaniak , Dalton Brooks, Allie (Anthony, Brynlee, Caden, Randal III) Sterk. He is further survived by siblings Karen (Larry) Chapin; children Angie (Cassie) Brotherton and Tim (James) Chapin. Special sisters-in-law and friend Wendy Gruse, Jan Coe, June Strebe, and cousins Dennis and Billy Fleck, Carol Noel; Aunt Shirley, Uncle Wes.
Along with Larry's parents Basil and Madge Kryzaniak, he is preceded in death by parents-in-law Clarence and Helen Gruse; sister Josephine (Arnie) Duellman.
Services will be held at Lake View Memorial Park, 2786 Algoma Blvd, Oshkosh, on November 15th, at 4pm. A visitation will be held from 2:30pm until the time of service.
