Laurna D Walton

Laurna D. Walton, 82, of Oshkosh died Friday February 10, 2006 at Evergreen Retirement Community. She was born May 11, 1923, a daughter of Louis and Helena Fraedrich. Laurna married Eugene Walton on May 12, 1945. He preceded her in death on February 21, 1996. She is survived by two sons, Eugene Jr (Terri), and Gary D. Walton, a daughter, Judy (Jack) Nelson all of Oshkosh, a brother, LaVerne (Arice) Fraedrich of Pine River; two grand children, Rachel (Jamie) Anderson, and Jennifer Walton both of Oshkosh, and two great grand children; she is further survived by many nieces and nephews, and her special friends, Paul and Floyd Binder, Rosie Blau, and Susan Walton. She was preceded in death by her husband, a brother, Marvin Fraedrich, and a sister, Tilly McClelland.Funeral service for Laurna will be held on Monday February 13, 2006 at 11:00 am at the chapel in Evergreen Retirement Community (1130 N Westfield) with Rev. Jim Carrico (retired) officiating. Family and friends may call at the chapel on Monday from 10:00 am until the hour of service. Burial will be at Lake View Memorial Park.The family would like to give a special thank you to all of Laurnas caregivers at Evergreen for their care and compassion.
