Laverne Elizabeth Kading

LaVerne E. Kading, 89, of Oshkosh, died Thursday August 7, 2008 at Bethel Home. She was born December 13, 1918 in the Town of Morris a daughter of Ray and Grace Buck Curtis. On November 11, 1940 she married Oscar Kading in Tigerton.She was a member of First English Lutheran Church. She enjoyed traveling, cooking, spending time with her family, reading and writing.She is survived by her husband Oscar, three sons Kurtis(Carol) Kading, Robert(Gale) Kading, Ronald Kading, one sister Betty Wilson, four grandchildren Scott(Deanna), Kristine, Kyle, Stephanie(Scott), five great-grandchildren Scott Jr., Shane, Amanda, Aidan, and Blake, sisters-in-law Jessie Newman, Margaret Harvey, Josie Bloecher, many nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents, six brothers, five sisters, one brother-in-law.Private funeral services will be held.A memorial has been established.A special thank you to the staff of Bethel Home.
