Lee Edward Lalond

Lee E. LaLond, age 71, died on July 31, 2013 at Bethel Home in Oshkosh, WI. Lee was born April 7, 1942 in Iron Mountain, MI. The son of Oliver & Agnes LaLond. Lee graduated from Oshkosh High School in 1960. On June 17, 2005 he was united in marriage to Marilyn J. Hammond at St. Peter Catholic Church in Oshkosh, WI. He was in the National Guard for four years. He was employed at the Oshkosh North Western for 33 years and The Buyers Guide for 14 years. He was a devoted member of the Oshkosh Elks Club for 44 years and was the past Exulted Ruler for years. Survivors are his wife Marilyn, eight step-children; Ray, Debra, Connie, James, Sam, Timothy, Jon & Meredith, many Step-grandchildren, his favorite Zach whom he helped raise, his cousins in Pennsylvania & Massachusetts, and his loving dog Mitzie. Lee is preceded in death by his parents and one step-daughter, Kathy. Services for Lee will be held at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home (Westside) Saturday August 3, 2013 at 12:00 P.M. Visitation will be held same day starting at 10:00 A.M. An Elks service will be held following the funeral service. Entombment will be held at Lake View Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Elks Club of Oshkosh. Lees family would like to extend many thanks for the kind words and cards it is greatly appreciated.
