Leone Marie Kotloski

Leone(nee Marvin) Kotloski of Oshkosh, age 100, passed away on Wednesday January 7, 2015 at Aurora Medical Center, Oshkosh. She was born January 31, 1914 in Berlin, WI, to the late Henry Marvin and Agnes Krueger Marvin. A centennial celebration was held on February 1, 2014 in her honor with her family and friends who were happy to share their warm memories of her hospitality and great cooking.Leone married Ralph Kotloski on August 24, 1940 and he preceded her in death on August 19, 1994. She was a wonderful seamstress and had many loyal customers. Leone was an avid bridge and sheepshead player and belonged to many card clubs. She spent many hours volunteering at St. Marys grade school and organizations along with Lourdes High school. Leone was a devoted grandmother and enjoyed spending time with all of her grandchildren and great grandchildren.Survivors include: 3 children: Dennis (Jacqueline) Kotloski of Oshkosh and twins Janet (J. Travers) Price of Wauwatosa, Wisconsin and Kenneth (Carole) Kotloski of Oshkosh. She is also survived by one sister, Irene Hermann and one sister in-law Mabel Marvin; 8 grandchildren: Michael (Kimberly) Kotloski of Pittsburgh,PA, David (Katie) Kotloski of McHenry, IL, Jon (Courtney) Kotloski of Antioch, IL , Shayne Vincent of Menasha, WI , Joe (Heather) Kotloski of Oshkosh, Brenna (Rob) Holly Milwaukee, Jessica Price of Redmond, WA, and Kate Price of Wauwatosa, WI; 9 great grandchildren: Rafer and Fallon Vincent, Izabel and Ilaina Kotloski, Matthew and Mae Kotloski, Henry Kotloski, Spencer Holly,and Hannah Mausteller.Special thanks to The Waterford at Oshkosh Assisted Living and the staff at Aurora Medical Center for their special care.Leone will be cremated. Per Leone's wishes there will only be a private family service held. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the Oshkosh Senior Center.
