Leslie Rino Brown

Lesley R. Brown, 87, of Oshkosh, died Tuesday November 18, 2008 at Mercy Medical Center. He was born May 13, 1921 in Omro a son of Rino and Cora Webster Brown. He married Genevieve Combs in Oshkosh. She preceded him in death on January 2, 1991.He was an avid Packer Fan, he enjoyed vacations with his daughters and grandchildren, breakfast at LaSures, trips to the Casino, a beer at TNT tap, and spending time with Tinker. He was a member of Most Blessed Sacrament-St. Peter site, and was a truck driver for Maislyn Trucking.He is survived by three daughters Sandra Roberts, Priscilla(Jim) Hinz, Linda(Dennis) Wojahn, five grandchildren Tim Roberts, Katie(Mike) Weyer, Robbie Hinz, Darren Wojahn, Paul Wojahn, one sister Grace Berry, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, two brothers Harold Brown, Donald Brown, two sisters Mabel Brown, Ruth Honsinger, and one son-in-law Roland Roberts.A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday November 21, 2008 at 7 p.m. at Most Blessed Sacrament-St Peter site(435 High Ave.) with Rev. James Jugenheimer officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday at the church from 5 p.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery.Thank you for always being there for us and being a great father and father-in-lawLove Sandra, Priscilla, Jim, Linda, Dennis.Thank you grandpa for all those rides to and from school and sharing in our school activities.
