Linda S. Boese

Linda Susan (Robbins) Boese, age 69, went to be with the Lord on September 1, 2020. She passed peacefully at home after a fight with cancer. Linda was born in Milwaukee, WI on February 3, 1951 to the late Harold and Alvira Robbins. She was the youngest of five children.

Linda went to grade school at Saint Leo’s in Milwaukee later moving to Oshkosh where she graduated from Oshkosh High School. She married Royal Boese on December 26, 2001 in Oshkosh. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She enjoyed listening to music and collecting CDs. She also enjoyed mall-walking where she could spend time and talk with her friends. Linda was a feisty woman who spoke her mind, but she had a very big heart and was always there when she was needed.

Linda is survived by her brother, Harold Robbins; sister Donna (Robert) Fillion; stepdaughter, Carla (John) Hoppe; as well as step grandchildren, Julia Hoppe, and Rachel Greuel. She is further survived by many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Royal; stepdaughter, Brenda Plantz; grandchild, Jenna Hoppe; brother, Richard Robbins; and sister, Viola Ebeling.

A private family gathering will take place.
