Lois Ann Koepke

Lois A. Koepke, 84, of Oshkosh died Friday Sept. 6, 2013 at Eden Meadows. She was born April 13, 1929 in New London a daughter of the late Herman and Anna (Knuth) Roloff. Lois married William Koepke Jr. on March 20, 1948 and he preceded her in death on March 9, 1987. She owned and operated the Billy Club with Bill and also worked at three local golf clubs (Utica, Lakeshore, and Westhaven). She was a member of Martin Luther Lutheran Church. Lois was a devoted Packer and Steve Stricker fan. She also enjoyed spending time with family and many friends. Lois was the director of the Bill Koepke Memorial Tournament for the past 27 years raising over $80,000 for national and local charities to help fight cancer.Lois is survived by a daughter, Linda Koepke-Zelhofer of Edgerton; two sons, Jack (Tammy) Koepke and Jay (Angie) Koepke both of Oshkosh; six grandchildren, Ryan Zelhofer, Jason (Becca) Zelhofer, Gwendolyn Koepke, Brian Niebauer Jr, Christopher Niebauer, and Dustin Niebauer; a great-grandson, Corbin Zelhofer; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, three sisters, a brother, and several nephews.A memorial service for Lois will be held Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside, Rev. Jeff Berg officiating. Visitation will be held at the Westside funeral home on Tuesday from 3 p.m. until the service. A private inurnment will be in Lake View Memorial Park at a later date. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established.The family would like to thank everyone for being supportive through this difficult time. We hope to see many of you at the annual Bill Koepke Memorial Tournament in 2014.
