Loretta J. Lippert

Loretta J. Lippert, 73, of Neenah, formerly of Oshkosh and Delavan went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 14, 2014, at Matthews of Irish Road, Neenah. She was born May 6, 1940 in Cloquet City, MN, a daughter of Kurt and Virginia (Norell) Swanson.Loretta was a member of Wyldewood Baptist Church. She enjoyed reading and was a Librarian for many years at the Delavan-Darien Area Schools and the Lake Geneva Public Library.Loretta is survived by a daughter, Wendy Zabel of Clinton, WI; a son, David Lippert of Neenah; a sister, Sandra (Richard) Harding of Rock Falls, IL; a brother, Robert (Tamara) Swanson of Rockford, IL; four grandchildren, Caleb, Chelsea, and Colin Reader, and Cameron Zabel; and a great-granddaughter, Chloe Reader. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Kurt Sonny Swanson Jr.A memorial service for Loretta will be held Saturday, January 18, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. at Wyldewood Baptist Church, Rev. Randy King officiating. Visitation will be held Saturday at the church from 1:00 p.m. until the service. Interment will be in Sandy Lake Cemetery near Barnum, Minnesota in the spring.
