Lori Adele Hofer

Lori A. Hofer, age 59, lost her battle with cancer as she passed away on Friday, February 5, 2016, at Mercy Medical Center. She was born on July 30, 1956 to John and Carol (Soldner) Fehling in Wisconsin.Lori had several jobs throughout life, but worked at an automotive manufacturing factory most of the time.She enjoyed reading a good book and was an avid Packer and Brewer fan.Lori is survived by her daughter: Stephanie Nellie Polchinski; mother: Carol Fehling; siblings: Mary (Ray) Garris, Nadine (Jeff Loeck) Lester, Lana (Quendin) Sterwald, John (fiance Maurene Simle) Fehling, and Vicki (Richard) Schlatter.She is further survived by many nieces and nephews, their spouses and families, and many cousins as well.Lori was preceded in death by her father: John; niece: Kari Sterwald; and many aunts, uncles, and other relatives.A private family service will be held at a later date.Loris daughter Stephanie would like to send a special thank you to her aunt and uncle Mary (Ray) Garris for raising her as their own; her cousins Sammantha Garris and Bethany Duerst for being like the sisters she never had; and to her grandma for always being there for her.
