Lorraine Ida Klifoth

Lorraine I. Klifoth, 91, of Oshkosh, died on Tuesday, October 21, 2008 at Bethel Home. She was born on August 26, 1917 the daughter of William and Ida Sperling Kieckhaefer. On October 15, 1938 she married Robert Klifoth in Oshkosh. He preceded her in death on February 3, 2003.Lorraine had been employed at Miles Kimball, formerly was a volunteer at Bethel Home, as was a Packer fan. She was a member of Martin Luther Ev. Lutheran Church, the Oshkosh Womens Bowling Association, bridge clubs, and sewing clubs.Survivors include two nieces, Joyce (Mike) Christianson and June Kieckhaefer; three nephews Bill (Kathy) Kieckhaefer, Richard Sorenson, and Robert (Betty) Sorenson; nine great-nieces and great-nephews; a goddaughter Barbara Earl; and a dear friend, Phyllis Williams. Along with her husband, Lorraine was preceded in death by her brother John Kieckhaefer.A funeral service for Lorraine will be held on Friday, October 24, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Homes – Westside with the Rev. Jeffrey Berg officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the service time. Interment will be at Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Lorraines family would like to thank the staffs at Bethel Home, Elijahs Place, and Gabriels Villa for all the care given to her.
