Luella Margaret Reeck

Luella M. Reeck, 99, formerly of Oshkosh died Thursday May 1, 2008 in Juliette Manor, Berlin. She was born September 6, 1908 in Auroraville the daughter of Will and Emma Lennop Reeck. Luella was a graduate of Berlin High School. She worked at Rockwell International for over thirty years. Earlier she had worked at the Raulf Hotel and Peacock Restaurant as a waitress and was also a cook and nanny for the Carl Steiger family. Luella enjoyed music and flower gardening. Survivors include a nephew David (Ninfa) Reeck of Arroyo Grande, CA; a niece Nancy Wilde of Oshkosh; a grandniece April (Kirk) Covello of Atascadero, CA; a grandnephew Mark Wilde of Auroraville; a great-grandnephew Zachery Jenson; special caregiver Lance (Olivian) Wilde of Omro; many cousins; special friends Donna Albright and Elaine Larson; and other friends at Heritage Court. She was preceded in death by two brothers Lewis and Alvin Reeck and a sister-in-law Irene Reeck. Family and friends may call at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Eastside on Wednesday from 2 PM until 4 PM. Burial will be in Lake View Memorial Park. Luellas family would like to thank the staff at Juliette Manor for the special help and care given to Luella.
