Lynette Taylor Doyle

Lynette Doyle, 53, of Oshkosh, died at home May 30 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born May 15, 1955 in Hinsdale, Ill. and is the daughter of the late Sears and Ruth (Rieger) Taylor. As a born-again Christian, Lynette went to her heavenly home upon her earthly death. She received eternal salvation by accepting the sacrificial death of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as remission for her sins. This free gift is available to all who repent of their sins and place their faith in Christ. An accomplished singer and songwriter, Lynette was active in the choir at Wyldewood Baptist Church. She also used her musical abilities in the churchs bus ministry. Music was one of the great joys of Lynettes life. Lynette is survived by Al, her husband of 23 years; one daughter, Dawn; three sons, Stuart, Brian and Matthew; her brother, Sears Taylor II; her sister, Leila (Taylor) Pancurak, and six nieces and nephews. All who knew her will remember Lynette as a devoted wife and mother and a faithful Bible-believing Christian. A funeral service will be held at Wyldewood Baptist Church, 3030 Witzel Ave. Monday, June 2 at 2:00 p.m., with Pastor Randy King presiding. Visitation will take place at the church from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. A meal will be served following the service.
