Margaret G. Norton

Margaret G. Norton, age 74 of Oshkosh, died at her home on Tuesday April 13, 2010. Margaret was born in Shawano, WI on November 18, 1935, a daughter of the late Ernest and Margaret Wilber Ziemer. Margaret married David Norton on August 14, 1965 in Oshkosh. He preceded her in death on June 10, 1995.Margaret lived in Fredonia, WI for 20 years. After her husbands passing she moved to Oshkosh.Survivors include one brother, Victor (Delores) Ziemer, two sisters, Audrey (Victor) Krause and Shirley Born all of Shawano; one sister-in-law, Alice Wilber, Shawano; nine nieces, Judy (Gary) Schabow, Gresham; Margie (Dan) Tetting, Shawano; Vicki (Bob) Beck, Oshkosh; Shirley (Roger) Porath, Appleton; Ginny Palkovich, Oshkosh; Janet (Kenny) Crawford, Shawano, Mary (Bruce) Lemerande, Green Bay; Stacy Born, Green Bay and Mary Beth (Ron) Scanlon, Green Bay. She was preceded in death by her husband and a brother, Elmer Chub Wilber.Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 17, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home- Westside with the Rev. Roger Erdman officiating. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 9:00 AM to the time of service. Entombment will be at Lake View Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers a memorial to the Kidney Foundation has been established.Special thanks to Dr. Edward Lake and the dialysis staff of Aurora Medical Center for the care and compassion given to Margaret.
