Margaret M Sanders

Margaret M. Sanders, age 88 of Oshkosh, slipped away peacefully at home on February 24, 2011. She was born in Oshkosh on July 2, 1922, the daughter of the late William and Alice Johnson. She married Russell Sanders following his discharge from the Army Air Corps and they were happily married for 65 years.Margaret worked for the Hoffmaster Corporation for 18 years until her retirement. She enjoyed trips to the casino, caring for Ragdoll cat Angel and traveling to all 50 states. Marge is survived by her husband Russell, one son, Gary (Mary) sanders, Oshkosh; two daughters, Terri (Gregg) Higgins, Oshkosh and Susan (Jim) Herzog, Downers Grove, IL; four grandchildren, Gary, Sarah, Christopher, and Miranda; one great grandchild, Aiden. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Shawn.Private family services were held and interment in Lake View Memorial Park.
