Margie Elaine Hyde

Margie E. Hyde, 78, of Oshkosh, passed away Saturday August 9, 2008 at Northpoint Medical and Rehabilitation Center. She was born on April 18, 1930, one of eight children, to Aldor and Ena Henke Hinz in Fond du Lac. Margie married Clarence Hyde on February 7, 1953 in Oshkosh.Margie was a homemaker most of her life who was an excellent cook and baker. She enjoyed making birthday cakes and treats for her grandchildren. She would always have homemade cookies in the cupboard whenever her family would stop to visit. She enjoyed visiting with her family, especially her grandchildren.Margie will be sadly missed by her family. She is survived by her husband of 55 years Clarence, three daughters Debra(Joseph) Manser, Susan Hyde, Barbara(David) Giebel, daughter-in-law Shirley Hyde, grandchildren Brian(Melissa) Buss, Nathan(Katy) Manser, Hillary Peppler, David and Jack Giebel. She is further survived by two brothers Reuben(Anita) Hinz, David(Marlene) Hinz, sisters Bernice Clark and Betty(Melvin) Matulle, brothers-in-law Harvey Western, Jerry(Cathy) Hyde and many nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents, her son David Hyde, two brothers Art Hinz, Ed Hinz, and one sister Alice Western.Funeral services will be held on Wednesday August 13, 2008 at 7 p.m. at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Eastside with Rev. Raymond Poff officiating. Visitation will be held on Wednesday at the funeral home from 4 p.m. until the time of the service. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery. A memorial has been established.A special thank you to Dr. Curtis Radford for his care of Margie.
