Marion Lee Kaufmann

Marion L. Kaufmann, age 58, of Oshkosh Wisconsin, died Monday September 19, 2011 at Mercy Medical Center with friends and family by her side after a long and couargeous battle with Breast Cancer. She was born on January 19, 1953 in Anchorage, Alaska a daughter of John and Betty Smith.She enjoyed reading, collecting antiques and Raggedy Ann and Andy dolls, going to the casino, dinner with friends and her job at Oshkosh Corp.She is survived by her daughter Melissa (Chuck) Welles of Oshkosh, one brother Tom (Nikki) Smith of Texas, her mother Betty Smith of Marietta, Georgia, her nephew Jonathan Smith, her niece Jenny Smith and her close dear friend Patty Schmitz.She was preceded in death by her father.A gathering of Marions family and friends will be held on Wednesday September 21, 2011 at Roxy Restaurant (571 N. Main St.) beginning at 5 p.m. The family would like to thank the staff at Dr. Karen Gremmingers office and the staff at sub-acute at Mercy Medical Center.
