Marion Marie Behlendorf

Marion M. Behlendorf, age 92 of Oshkosh died on Tuesday June 21, 2011 at Park View Health Center. She was born in Waukegan, IL on April 12, 1919 a daughter of the late Frederick and Marguerit Fugelberg Behlendorf.Marion was the chief clerk for the Winnebago County Draft Board and later a florist with Fugelberg & Flister Florist & Greenhouse. She was a past president and life member of the Cook Fuller Post #70 American Legion Auxiliary and Mercy Medical Center Auxiliary. Marion was a former member of the 20th Century Club, the Wisconsin Upper Michigan Florist Association, the Womens Division of the Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce and a charter member of the Oshkosh Altrusa Club.Survivors include her brother, Frederick (Lorraine Pinky) Behlendorf, Oshkosh and three nieces, Michelle (Timothy) Ulrich, Oshkosh; Marcia (Christopher) Batley, Menasha; Mary (Steven) Haase, Bellevue; and 8 great nieces.Funeral services will be held at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside on Saturday June 25, 2011 at Noon with Rev. Thomas McFarland officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday from 11:00 AM to the time of service. Entombment will be in the family mausoleum at Riverside Cemetery. A memorial has been established.Special thanks to Drs Alnouri and Alzoubi along with Sterling house and Park View Health Center for the loving care given to Marion.
