Marsha A. “Chippie” (Stelter) Weitenbeck, age 64, of Oshkosh, passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 from kidney and liver failure. Marsha was born on April 24, 1953 to the late Roman and Beverly (Hansen) Stelter in Oshkosh.
She loved watching NASCAR racing and was also an avid Green Bay Packer fan.
Marsha is survived by her three sons: Jason (Sonya) Weitenbeck of Islip, NY; Justin (Amanda) Weitenbeck of Minot,North Dakota and Jessie Weitenbeck of Oshkosh; her grandchildren: Reagan, Kyleigh, Andrea, Austin and Breanna Weitenbeck; her sister, Susan (Tom) Gavin of Oshkosh; her brother, Romie Stelter of Arizona; her favorite aunt and uncle, Mary and Nate Peterman. She is further survived by many friends, cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Jennifer, her parents, her grandparents: Busha and Jaja Stelter, Thelma and Harry Hansen; and her aunt, Jackie Harris.
A graveside service will be held at Calvary Catholic Cemetery on Friday, July 28, 2017 at 2:00PM with Fr. Carl Schmidt officiating.
Marsha’s family would like to extend a thank you to Lakeland Care for their excellent care of Marsha; Northpoint Rehabilitation Center, although her stay there was short, it was wonderful; Aurora Medical Center’s ER, ICU, and 3rd floor, for taking care of her like their own family; Hospice, for taking care of the whole Weitenbeck family. Also, thank you to Cindy Vaughan who has shown tremendous support for the family.
